Only by agreeing to all terms of the registration agreement and completing the registration process can users become an official user of this client. Users confirm: The terms of this agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Zhuozheng Member Rights and Interests Service Agreement (for members only) are the only code of conduct and requirements that deal with the rights and obligations of both parties and have been jointly confirmed by both parties, and are always valid; if there are otherwise mandatory provisions by law or otherwise specially agreed by both parties, their provisions shall follow. 1.2 If a user clicks to agree to this agreement, it will be deemed that the user confirms that he has the corresponding rights and behavioral capabilities to enjoy this client service, and is able to independently and completely bear all legal responsibilities. 1.3 Zhuozheng Medical reserves the right to decide on its own to refuse service, close user accounts, clear or edit content, or cancel appointments within the scope permitted by the laws of the People's Republic of China implementing the Mainland Regional Law. 1.4 Zhuozheng Medical provides users with Internet information and other services through the Internet in accordance with the law. Users have the right to use the relevant services of this client only if they fully agree to this agreement and the provisions of this client.

2.1 The user agrees to provide registration information to this client and ensure that the registration information provided is true, accurate, complete, legal and valid. If there is any change in the user's registration information, the registration information shall be updated in a timely manner. If the registration information provided by the user is illegal, untrue, inaccurate or not detailed, the user will bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom, and Zhuozheng Medical reserves the right to terminate the user's use of Zhuozheng Medical's services. 2.2 When users make appointments, inquiries, recharge and other activities on this client, this site will strictly keep confidential the user's real name, mailing address, contact phone number, email address and other private information, unless authorized by the user or otherwise stipulated by law, Zhuozheng Medical will not disclose user private information to the outside world. 2.3 After the user successfully registers, account information such as user name and password will be generated. You can change your password according to the regulations of this client. Users should store and use their username, password, and verification information carefully and reasonably. If users discover any illegal use of user accounts or security loopholes, please immediately notify this client and report the case to the public security organ. 2.4 Users agree that Zhuozheng Medical has the right to send notifications, promotions or any other type of commercial information to users registered with this client via email, text message and phone calls (including but not limited to the right to publish it on any page of the website). 2.5 Users are not allowed to lend the accounts registered on this website to others, otherwise the user shall bear all the responsibilities arising therefrom and bear joint and several liability with the actual user. 2.6 The user agrees that Zhuozheng Medical has the right to use the user's registration information, user name, password and other information to log in to the user's registered account and carry out evidence preservation, including but not limited to notarization, witness, electronic evidence solidification, etc.

This agreement is formulated in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations and rules. Users agree to strictly abide by the following obligations: (1) They shall not transmit or publish: speech that incites resistance and undermines the implementation of the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations, speech that incites subversion of state power and overthrow the socialist system, speech that incites division of the country and undermines national unity, speech that incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;(2) Transferring data and information from the mainland of China to overseas must comply with relevant China laws and regulations;(3) Do not use this client to engage in illegal and criminal activities such as money laundering, theft of trade secrets, and theft of personal information;(4) Do not interfere with the normal operation of this client or invade this client and the national computer information system;(5) Do not transmit or publish any illegal, criminal, harassing, slanderous, abusive, intimidating, harmful, vulgar, obscene, uncivilized and other information;(6) Do not transmit or publish information or remarks that harm the national social public interests and involve national security;(7) Do not incite others to engage in acts prohibited by this article;(8) Do not use the account registered with this client to conduct profit-making business activities;(9) No content shall be published that infringes on other people's intellectual property rights such as intellectual property rights, trademark rights, patent rights, or any content that infringes on other people's legal rights (including but not limited to civil rights and interests); users shall pay attention to and abide by various legal rules announced or modified by this client from time to time. This client reserves the right to delete all types of information content that does not comply with legal policies or is untrue or (may) have rights disputes or (may) cause anxiety to others without notifying users in advance. If the user fails to comply with the above provisions, the client has the right to make independent judgment and take measures such as suspending or closing the user account. Users must bear all legal responsibilities for their remarks and actions online, including compensation for damages caused to this client. (10) You shall not misappropriate other people's accounts or provide untrue personal information;(11) Other circumstances that violate this agreement and Zhuozheng Medical deems it necessary to stop or interrupt service. In the event of the above circumstances, Zhuozheng Medical has the right to interrupt or terminate the service provided to you, and Zhuozheng Medical will not be responsible for any losses caused to you by the interruption or termination of the service.

4.1 Once a user accepts this agreement, it means that the user takes the initiative to share any form of information content published on this client at any time and period.(including but not limited to customer reviews, customer inquiries, various topic articles and other information content) and other transferable rights, such as copyright property rights (Including but not limited to: reproduction rights, distribution rights, leasing rights, exhibition rights, performance rights, screening rights, broadcasting rights, information network dissemination rights, production rights, adaptation rights, translation rights, compilation rights and other transferable rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner), all exclusively and irrevocably transferred to Zhuozheng Medical. The user agrees that Zhuozheng Medical has the right to file a separate lawsuit for infringement by any subject. 4.2 This agreement has constituted a written agreement for the transfer of copyright property rights and other rights as stipulated in Article 25 of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China (the serial number of the provisions is determined in accordance with the 2010 edition of the Copyright Law) and relevant laws. Its effect is applicable to the content of any works protected by the Copyright Law published by users on Zhuozheng Medical client, regardless of whether such content was formed before or after the conclusion of this agreement. 4.3 The user agrees and has fully understood the terms of this agreement, and promises not to publish or authorize other entities to use the information published on this client in any form (including but limited to use on various websites and media). 4.4 Zhuozheng Medical is the producer of this client. It owns the copyright and other legal rights of the content and resources of this client. It is protected by national laws. It has the right to modify this agreement and the content of this client from time to time and post it on this client without further notice to users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zhuozheng Medical has the right to interpret this agreement and the content of this client. 4.5 Except as otherwise mandatory by law, no unit or individual may copy, reproduce, quote, link, grab or otherwise use the information content of this client in whole or in part in any way without the express written permission of Zhuozheng Medical. Otherwise, Zhuozheng Medical has the right to pursue its legal responsibilities. 4.6 The data and information published by this client (such as text, charts, logos, button icons, images, audio file clips, digital downloads, data edits and software) are the property of Zhuozheng Medical or its content provider and protected by China and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this client is the exclusive property of Zhuozheng Medical and protected by China and international copyright laws. All software on this client is the property of Zhuozheng Medical or its affiliates or its software suppliers and protected by China and international copyright laws.

5.1 Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, this client and all information, content, materials, products (including software) and services contained in or otherwise provided to you through this client are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, Zhuozheng Medical makes no representations or warranties of any form, express or implied, regarding the operation of this client and the information, content, materials, products (including software) or services contained on this client (except as otherwise provided in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China). Zhuozheng Medical does not guarantee that all information, content, materials, products (including software) and services contained in or otherwise provided to you through this client, its servers or e-mails, and information sent from this client are free from viruses or other harmful components. If this client sales system crashes or cannot be used normally due to force majeure or other reasons beyond our control, resulting in the inability to complete online transactions or loss of relevant information and records, Zhuozheng Medical will make reasonable efforts to assist in handling the aftermath. The content (text, pictures, videos, audio) carried by this client is for the purpose of disseminating beneficial health information. Zhuozheng Medical Association is committed to improving and reviewing the quality of its content, but does not make any guarantee on its authenticity, scientificity, or seriousness. 7.1 Consultation Service Terms The term "consultation" as used in these Terms refers specifically to the consultation information submitted by users through this client and the consultation conducted through online consultation, video night consultation, online nursing guidance, follow-up consultation and other modules. The interactive subject of consultation is the user of the client and the online medical team of this client. The consultation methods include but are not limited to text, voice and video. Zhuozheng Medical will provide safe and stable network services to ensure the smooth progress of services. If the service cannot be completed due to system reasons such as unstable performance of Zhuozheng Medical platform during the service, Zhuozheng Medical customer service will arrange re-consultation services for you. If some consulting services are limited to Zhuozheng members, users must read the "Zhuozheng Member Rights Service Agreement" and relevant usage instructions in detail when registering and applying for fee-based services, and operate strictly in accordance with the requirements. If personal information is needed, users must provide true user information. Once it is discovered that there is any falsehoods in the personal information provided by users, Zhuozheng Medical has the right to immediately terminate all services provided to users, freeze the user's account, and has the right to demand compensation from users for the losses caused by providing false information to consulting experts and Zhuozheng Medical. Consultation is limited to based on the user's subjective description. There is no guarantee that diagnosis and treatment suggestions that meet the user's requirements will be obtained, nor is there any guarantee that the results meet the user's expectations. The content provided by the consulting experts during the consultation is personal and individual-specific, and cannot be used as direct medical treatment for diagnosis or treatment. Zhuozheng Medical does not assume any possible responsibility. 7.2 Consulting Services Rights and Obligations of both Zhuozheng Medical and Users Zhuozheng Medical has the obligation to maintain the normal operation of the platform services on the existing technology, and strive to upgrade and improve the technology to make the website services better. Users in the consultation process to language civilization, respect doctors, equal communication. If there is malicious slander on the doctor or uncivilized language, the doctor has the right to immediately interrupt the service, and the user has no right to request a refund. When a doctor has an urgent matter to deal with during telephone or video consultation (doctor's professional requirements), you must understand it, suspend the consultation, and report to Zhuozheng Medical customer service so that the specific time for re-consultation can be arranged. For improper behavior of users in booking services on this client or any other circumstances that Zhuozheng Medical believes should be terminated, Zhuozheng Medical has the right to delete relevant information, terminate service provision, etc. at any time without the user's consent. If the following circumstances occur: (1) the user or other third party informs Zhuozheng Medical that there may be major problems with a specific user or specific transaction matters;(2) If the user or other third party informs Zhuozheng Medical that the consultation content is illegal or inappropriate, Zhuozheng Medical will judge the relevant content based on ordinary non-professional knowledge level standards, and can reasonably believe that these content or behaviors are illegal or inappropriate. Zhuozheng Medical is obligated to review relevant data, all application actions and other matters related to consultation. Zhuozheng Medical has the right to choose to keep or delete relevant information or continue or stop providing services to the user based on different circumstances, and pursue relevant legal responsibilities. If the two parties consult on disputes arising from services and request Zhuozheng Medical to mediate, Zhuozheng Medical will have the right to understand relevant information and communicate the information provided by both parties with each other. If a service dispute arises on this client and a lawsuit arises, the user requests Zhuozheng Medical to provide relevant data through the judicial department or administrative department in accordance with legal procedures, and Zhuozheng Medical shall actively cooperate and provide relevant information. Zhuozheng Medical has the right to check the user's registration data and telephone consultation behavior. If any problems or doubts are found in the registration data or consultation behavior, it has the right to issue inquiries and notices requesting corrections to the user, or directly delete them. When users successfully use the paid consultation service, they are not allowed to request a refund because they are dissatisfied with the content in the consultation service. Zhuozheng Medical does not bear any liability for compensation. 7.5 The results obtained by users using the "Family Health Archives" module in this client are for reference only, and all data are subject to the original medical records and inspection reports.

According to changes in national laws and regulations and network operation needs, Zhuozheng Medical has the right to modify the terms of this agreement from time to time. The revised agreement will take effect once it is posted on this client and will replace the original agreement. Users can log in to view the latest agreement at any time; users are obliged to pay attention to and read the latest version of the agreement and client announcements from time to time. If the user disagrees with the updated agreement, he may and shall immediately stop accepting the services provided by Zhuozheng Medical Client under this agreement; if the user continues to use the services provided by this client, it will be deemed to have agreed to the updated agreement. Zhuozheng Medical recommends that you read this agreement and the announcement of this client before using this client. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed separable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws in force applicable in mainland China of People's Republic of China (but excluding its conflict of laws rules). In the event of a conflict between this agreement and applicable laws, these terms will be re-interpreted in full accordance with the law, while other effective terms will continue to be valid. If there is any dispute between the parties regarding the content of this agreement or its implementation, both parties shall try their best to resolve it amicably through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the local court where Zhuozheng Medical is located.

10.1 Zhuozheng Medical client owners refer to business entities licensed or filed with government departments in accordance with the law. 10.2 Zhuozheng Medical respects the legal rights of users and consumers. This agreement and various rules, statements and other contents published on this client are for the purpose of providing better and more convenient services to users and consumers. This client welcomes opinions and suggestions from users and all sectors of society. Zhuozheng Medical will humbly accept and revise this agreement and various rules of this client in a timely manner. 10.3 The headings in this agreement are for convenience only and should be ignored when understanding and interpreting the terms of the agreement.
